The nurses do their job, but thats all they do. They are not good at it, they don't have that soothing voice you wish to hear when you are in pain, their voices are cold and just dry. The doctors rushed their "time". It really felt like i was in a place where they just want you to go away instead of wanting to help you and make you feel better. Look, i get it. Its a stressful job, but you can't be in the field if you don't know how to have compassion for patients.

The Asian Doctor on staff forgets everything and I could be walking around here with the CORONA VIRUS. I usually take my kids to St Luke's @116th and this whole neighborhood rather take a car ride down to 114th street, than walk few blocks to this crap hole.. I forgot how inept and non servicial the ppl who work for the Presbyterian are. You would think they abide to servicing people, but the training must be the cheapest and lowest standArd available. You all need to be retrained..., the irony of it all the AsiAN doctor on staff ignoring people with flus respiratory viruses! This place can not get si ig the times St Luke's ditches out patients within 2 hrs with all prescriptions needed, and a follow up appointment scheduled. All within two hours. I'm @ 6 & half hours and there are only a handful of patients here! Everyone Comments that Presbyterian must have a scam where if they hold in the emergency room long enough they can claim all types of chargeS for test you never received or needed. What a hoax is this place!!!

She said she would let me know if a nurse can fit me for my labs, so I wasn't going to be checked for sure. I left my job to attend this lab and it is very frustrating that I wont be seen. Once i get to another young lady, as soon as i get to her she tells me "Mam sit down " i was confused?! Why tell me to go around to this young lady's face for her to tell me to sit down not once but twice without explanation, then her coworker touches her shoulder and she explains to me that they are texting the doctor to see if they can see me today. . These ppl messed up from the moment i got there. Telling me i had a video visit when my baby to get shots. It was just a mess. at the Front desk Maria had the nastiest attitude. This is bad for Presbyterian since they are number 1 in NYC and one of my favorite hospitals but this clinic for sure is not one to rely on. MARIA at the front desk needs a fixed attitude or a new job where she is happy because that young lady for sure miserable.

The doctors here and the residents were professional and knew what to do. We felt we were in good hands. Post delivery I was transferred to the 6th floor for the postpartum recovery. We got a single room thankfully but the rooms were much smaller than what I would've liked. But hubby was able to sleep on the pull out couch and had a private bathroom with stand up shower. The rooms were cleaned daily. The meals were sporadic. Some of the meal the nutrition attendant was rude and did not give an extra meal to hubby but many of them gave extras, especially for dinner my hubby was able to get a fully hot meal in addition to mine. The 6th floor kitchen, hubby found to be messy. There was no coffee maker, no hot water and fridge was dirty. Sometimes they would have salads and sandwiches there on the counter for visitors but hubby thought it did not look good. The nurses and lactation consultants were all so helpful. We learned so much in how to care for our newborn. Hubby loved the direct coaching received on feeding, changing, burping. And I received excellent guidance on lactation which put me on the right foot. Highly recommend this hospital for any birth and delivery!

We're always greeted warmly and taken right inside to remove one cast and put on another. We get to pick out color of the week. It's been several weeks of us traveling from Brooklyn all the way up to Washington Heights area and I don't regret it. Appointments go right on schedule and we're in and out within 1 hour. That's with removing cast, putting on new ones and seeing the Orthopedic doctor as well. Her progress has been amazing and we're finally seeing results sooner than expected. Mr Walter does her casting in the casting room and my daughter who's normally shy with everyone is so comfortable with him now. He's awesome! Great children's orthopedic clinic.
