My wife went into labor at 33 weeks. Dr. Tesheva in the hospital made my wife feel as if she was a nuisance, she told her that she is and I quote " taking up beds from other patients". After realizing that she was indeed in labor she did not check on her once until her shift was over. After a year and a half trying to figure out what happened. Countless calls, voicemails canceled appointments to see Dr G we finally manage to get an appointment. We waited 2 hours in the waiting room, we were the last person to be seen! Dr G refused to go over her chart, answer questions and provided the worst possible treatment plan. After consulting with other OB's it is clear as day this practice is falling apart, getting old and lost its care. Stay away and protect your family!

I have been incorrectly billed, and by that I mean double and triple build for services I've already paid for, three times. Each time they have sent me threatening bills Regarding my lack of regard for payment and telling me that I would be reported to credit bureaus. I've had to waste hours on the phone with them while they argued, and ultimately realized they were in the wrong. It happened again last night and I simply sent them an email telling them what happened and asking them to reverse the charges because I had already paid them and I'd even requested a receipt. I also told the front desk that I was wary of billing practices and I expected my bill to be correct. Of course it was not. So I stated this in my email, And of course in the morning I got a threatening voicemail telling me to call and they did nothing wrong. I work. I don't have time to waste on the phone with them. I told them to correct the bill. The next email I received was a very offensive one saying that because of my race I must not be able to pay and they would forgive my bill. No apology. Nothing. These are terrible terrible people.

After a negative experience with another primary care physician, I made an appt with Dr Berardi at the suggestion of Summit Health Patient Relations. From the moment he walked in he was hostile, and clearly not interested in taking me on as a patient. He barely asked me any questions about myself, my health, or my concerns, and instead, after asking about my meals for one day declared that my diet was 'the problem'. It culminated in him saying, "I don't mind treating you. I would treat HITLER. I don't care'. At that point I walked out of the appointment, shocked, offended, and disappointed. I will not use Summit Health for primary care in the future.
