We were really desperate. My father in law had passed away a couple of years ago and my mother in law was forced to put the house on the market. It was a beautiful home, but just too much for her to manage alone. It had been listed by a realtor in Greenwood for 3 years....and had only been shown a little more than a dozen of times.
