I rented from this company a few years ago. TERRIBLE! I worked until 2AM back then, so I typically didn't wake up until 10-11am. One morning they just decided to do some work outside my window. It was loud and woke me up from a solid sleep. I complained to the woman at the office, Liz, and she didn't care. The maintenance staff were also extremely rude! I have no evidence to prove it, but me and my roommate think one of them let their self into our apartment for no reason when we were not home. We started to notice things such as the door being unlocked and things that looked like they were moved. Another thing that pissed me off is that they all demanded we move our car out of both of the parking lots that were there, when to came to snow removal, instead of coming to a compromise, such as moving our cars to one parking lot, have them clear the other, then switch. On top of all this, they kept our damage deposit, despite the fact we left the apartment spotless! Would never rent or buy from them. Would give negative stars if I could! read more
