If you need to sleep you're not allowed to. In the winter they tractor the snow at 3am outside your bedroom almost every night. Then during the summer get ready for the bulldozers to destroy your parking space and garbage hut at 7am and you'd better move your car or else it might be damaged by construction or towed. 100% do NOT recommend‼‼ moved into one of the buildings last year thinking it was gonna be a nice suburban neighborhood with not much action we were right about the suburban part but the amount of times we've watched the maintenance workers let themselves into our neighbours houses was un necessary. we would be sure to ask our neighbors about it in case they did have permission to enter but turns out there were no words exchanged at all the neighbors went to work and that's when they would come in we were lucky enough to have some protective dogs and we've actually caught them just standing on the front porch peering into the window while my dogs were going crazy almost like they were purposely teasing them!!! I rented from this company a few years ago. TERRIBLE! I worked until 2AM back then, so I typically didn't wake up until 10-11am. One morning they just decided to do some work outside my window. It was loud and woke me up from a solid sleep. I complained to the woman at the office, Liz, and she didn't care. The maintenance staff were also extremely rude! I have no evidence to prove it, but me and my roommate think one of them let their self into our apartment for no reason when we were not home. We started to notice things such as the door being unlocked and things that looked like they were moved. Another thing that pissed me off is that they all demanded we move our car out of both of the parking lots that were there, when to came to snow removal, instead of coming to a compromise, such as moving our cars to one parking lot, have them clear the other, then switch. On top of all this, they kept our damage deposit, despite the fact we left the apartment spotless! Would never rent or buy from them. Would give negative stars if I could! read more

I will never buy anything built by Colpitts developments, everything is built in a hurry with no regards to quality. Disappointing company.
