Worst tan and customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Kim was extremely rude towards me from the get go. As I arrived at her home salon with a dead cockroach on the floor, dishes piled high and dirt everywhere to great me out of what appeared to be her salon/counter she abruptly asked me what colour tan I was hoping to achieve. I told her I had seen photo's online and I'm not too sure which colour would suit me. She cut me off mid-sentence - "Well! I decide what colour you're suppose to get!" I thought it was odd she'd even bother asking what I was hoping for considering "she decides". She explained everything in detail, however, the way she approached it was very hostile almost like she didn't want to be there. The whole time she was also stating if anything wrong were to happen with the tan that it's my fault and that her tans are of the highest quality. I had followed all her recommended pre-tan tips on her website (and post-tan) so this wasn't an issue I thought. Now for the tan itself, the nozzle of her machine kept falling apart leaving blotches of solution on my body she had to keep brushing off. I left her solution on for the recommended time and waited 24 hours to develop. Surprise surprise, It was quite orange. It was better than being pale so I rocked it for a few days, still following her post tan tips. The tan only lasted 3 days anyway (which I've had tans last for a week minimum before) and on the last note, the end of all this drama... if anyone is to believe her tans come off nicely and doesn't look patchy... well.... You're in for a laugh. Horrendous. 3 days of orange - 5+ days of awful patchiness. *On a positive note, literally the only one: She has a fluffy cat that walks in and out of her salon. Cats are awesome. * read more
