Brilliant's approach looked significantly more customized, and that's exactly what we needed to highlight key features in our home. Meeting Kate during the initial consult, it was clear that this was THE staging company we needed. She noted so many details throughout the house and yard, offered a wide variety of design suggestions, and was already thinking through strategies for each room. They were able to accommodate our need to still live in the house (with a dog), and their pricing was extremely competitive. Every dollar spent had an amazing return. Though we knew their team would do a superb job, we were still completely blown away by how the house presented when they were done! Colors, textures, wall art, furniture and rug selection, and even angles of decor all worked cohesively to make our house inviting for all who toured. We know that market timing had a lot to do with our listing's high interest, but we're absolutely certain that Brilliant Staging's work was what captured these numerous buyers' interest, first in the online photos and video, then in person when they toured, and hours and days later for the multiple buyers who loved imagining themselves in our house and prepared to write their offer.

She is patient and kind as she walks you through the design process and answers your (inevitable) many questions each step of the way. We worked with her to redesign three spaces in our home: our kitchen, and two bathrooms. With each space, she found ways to approach them in new and practical ways when we felt otherwise overwhelmed. She guided us through choosing stunning finishes, and we received so many compliments from contractors and friends alike along the way. We had never done a remodel - and now, being on the other end of the process, we don't know where we would have been had we not had her detailed designs to guide us all along the way. Whenever questions arose, it was invaluable to have something so concrete to refer to, and we can't recommend this approach enough for anyone considering a remodel.

My friends love color, and the designers worked with them to take out a couple of walls, merge the dining area, and turn a closed L-shaped kitchen into an open festive space with yards of counter space, walls of cabinets, and easy seating for twelve! Did my friends love working with Seriously Happy Homes? Totally! Do they love the result? Absolutely!

In order to…read moreachieve the kitchen of our dreams (along with all of the additional changes we added on to the project!) we basically had to gut parts of two floors of our house, three if you include the attic! We took this in stages because we still needed to reside in the house during construction. NWHPs worked smoothly with everyone involved (designer, engineer, building inspector etc), and introduced us to some incredible sub-contractors, plumbing and electrical being high on the list (full disclosure ~ I built spec-houses in the 90's). Patrick's eye to detail is unsurpassed. He can see an awry 1/64th of an inch from across a room. His advice is solid and sound. We ended up replacing, rather than trying to salvage, parts of the kitchen oak floor (not part of our contract with NWHP, but with our own flooring guy) at Patrick's urging. He was right! This was not a project to patch the floor. Patrick, obviously, is extremely busy and gave us the time we needed on our site, and the phone to make us feel confident both with our choices and how the job was proceeding. He is also very personable, fun and easy to get along with. NWHP's main finish carpenter and cabinet whisperer, Alex, is a pleasure to work with. I don't know if there's anything he can't do. When the (island) cabinet's arrived, without absolutely correct sized finish pieces (after supply chain delays and a custom color...), Alex made it work! He made sure our interior vacuum returns were rerouted (something I stressed about) before walls were closed up, did amazing custom cabinet work in order for our (reused) cooktop and (new) oven to cohabitate, coached me on how I could help forward the project using materials we had on sight, and is also kind, respectful, and a delightful human. There are so many more things to applaud about NWHPs, Patrick, an

Ultimately cost over $3000 for 2 mid-size bedroom windows, but the color really doesn't work with my just-painted walls. I am considering re-painting the room to match my overpriced shades. In addition, one of the valances doesn't match the rest of the window coverings because it was sewn with fabric inside out. They have sent replacements 3 times. Every time the fabric was inside out again. After the last time, I tried three times to contact my "case manager" to discuss options. She would only communicate by email, and then only to tell me what they would do, not to solicit any input from me on what would actually resolve my dissatisfaction. They have now decided to replace ALL the shades in the room, which seems incredibly wasteful. They are NOT willing to change the color of the shades, to actually make this worthwhile for me. So, I have taken out my sewing kit and spent an hour ripping the problem valance apart and putting it back together with the fabric facing the right way. There's some glue on the outside of the shade, it doesn't look perfect, but I'm done. Not 3 days - it has been almost 4 months and I'm not at all happy with the result. Stay away!

They do provide a lot of comfort, but that's about it. All of the customers in the store are older (in their 50s or older) and there is always a sales person helping them. We stayed here to try the recliners for maybe 30 minutes, and nobody ever helped us. We prefer it this way, but it's funny that they have a targeted customer group lol. Then a younger white female walked in and someone helped her as well, so I guess our age AND race aren't within their targeted customer group lol. If you don't mind something comfortable while making your home seem aged, come here to find your furniture. They can customize the fabric and there are tons of options.
