I have used them…read morefor some time now, and I've had to replace the lock on my door 4 or 5 times, around the 2nd time someone broke into the unit they busted up the latch and only 1 lock could be put on door, the lady at the front said "as soon as our guy gets out here with the stuff I'll let you know" --yeah, well that day never came! The younger girl that worked the office admitted that they were having some problems, and if you walked around and looked at all the doors you could see where someone had either broke into it or tried. This last time when the older lady in the office called me because "the unit doesn't have a lock on it" I went there and done the same routine-go look at my stuff, because mostly it was just broken into and the stuff near front would be shuffled about, but I couldn't really tell if anything was missing, but this time they got in and I had stuff stolen, I went back into the office and asked that woman why my latch had never been fixed ~she never commented on that~she just tried to sell me a lock, I was like "damn, y'all should give me one considering how many I've had to buy since I've been here" but the kicker to this whole story--- when I first went there, I was told they "had a guy" that watched the place, maybe casing the place but there's nobody watching it. She did tell me "my guy seen somebody coming out of your unit" OH REALLY- why didn't the guy say something?? Then she tells me I could call the police but they won't do anything, I'm guessing she knows from experience! Then she denied that they had ever had any problems there with people breaking into units, then had the nerve to tell me that it had to be someone that knew me. REALLY ?!? BUT THE WORST PART IS WHEN WE CAME BACK TO PUT ANOTHER LOCK ON THE DOOR THAT DAMN WONAN COMES OUT THERE AND SOMEWHAT RAISES HER VOICE AT MY HUSBAND BECAUSE HE CANT EVEN LOCK THE UNIT FOR THE BUSTED LATCH, THEN SHE TURNS TO ME AND SAYS "MY GUY SAYS THATS THE CAR HE SEEN LEAVING THIS AREA WHEN THIS HAPPENED" and the bitch ran off!! She accused ME of breaking into my own unit! I went back to clean my unit out, and they had broke in again-everything was a mess! DO NOT USE THIS STORAGE FACILITY UNLESS YOU TAKE STOCK IN LOCKS AND YOU DONT GIVE A CRAP ABOUT YOUR BELONGINGS!!

Getting into your unit is like trying to get into Fort Knox. If your unit is on the first floor…read moreit's not so bad if your unit is on the second or third floor it is a ridiculous hassle. You have to enter your code to get into the building, if you need a cart grab the car you go outside of the building load the card up then you have to enter the code again because the door is already shut. So now you have a cart full of stuff you have to enter the code again get back into the building and then enter the code to access the elevator you put your stuff in the elevator the elevator shuts within 15 seconds so you can only either take one cart up at a time or you have to go through all that stuff again just to get your second cart or Addalia or whatever else you're trying to load up you have to do that every single time you want to access the elevator.! and if you're loading your stuff up or unloading your stuff up and it's 9 o'clock you're trying to get out the door that door shuts at 9 o'clock whether you're your stuff is still in there in the elevator or not if that door shuts you won't be able to get to it until 6 AM the next morning

I've seen boats, vehicles, trailers of all sizes as well as climate controlled storage units. The area seems very safe and secure, and the staff is extremely polite, helpful and respectful. I also liked how there is 24 hr access to whatever you have stored here. Having a travel trailer it is key for early morning departures or late night returns. Many of the other storage services in the area do not have 24 hour availability. Also it is close to my residence and on a large enough road that maneuvering isn't too difficult. If in the west mobile area and in the need of storing a vehicle or personal items I would highly recommend snow road storage. (P.s. they ha e two locations to choose from)
