She was always Professional and dedicated to her work. She is highly motivated to giving excellent care. She is sincere and plans to expand her nursing education. I broke my leg in January and had to leave the house for weeks. she took over and worked with the healthcare agencies to create a schedule for the coverage of my husbands needs, made sure that food and meals were covered, did the banking and paid the other support help and kept me informed while I was in the hospital and rehab. She monitored my husbands sacral patch recommended a better wound care cream for his bed sores and maintained a stock medical supply. Made sure that he got his meds, kept him shaved and clean. Provided social interaction and even brought in takeout food for shared dinning. She has an excellent rapport with clients and patients. Kept my husband mentally stimulated with stories and humor. She bonded with my husband and made him feel that she was there for him and dedicated to his wellbeing over anything else. Her goal in life is to provide the best health care a patient can possibly receive. Her dream is to open her own care facility and provide care that would exceed the existing care facilities that exist now. I could not have had a better care person for my husband. I miss having her service and she worked so hard that I thought she would burn herself out. She is devoted to being a health care angel. Marti outshined all of the care givers that I had from several different agencies. She is professional, sincere, dedicated, caring, a honest person with integrity.

A few care providers did not do what they were supposed to do and they were quickly replaced with more reliable options. This one suffers from egregiously poor administrative communications, unprofessional demeanor and at times rude treatment. The one aide however was pretty good. Prompt, alert, attentive, amiable and thoughtful. My parent at 100 needed this kind of support. Unfortunately , the administration and ownership are non responsive and don't think about serving client needs, just their own. I spoke with the Owner Bill who was obdurate and passive aggressively uncommunicative about their inabilities to provide services. Probably knowing that now is a blessing in disguise. Unfortunately, she had to leave to her own health issues. The second one we have now, is awesome. All of these companies have a very difficult time finding quality care workers, but how the company handles the bad ones is key. There can be a lot of scheduling issues when new clients are added or one passes aways, workers time out due to family sickness, kids' daycare etc., can also play a part in call outs, but we never had an issue without a solution offered. My mom rarelly leave the home so it usually isn't an issue. I think too many of these companies hire warm bodies and that does nothing to help our elders, there is always going to be a bad egg employee, you can't win them all, but this one has been wonderful.
