Other rentals owned by Steve Grant were positive for me. Everyone in the office is very easy to work with and very kind. I've seen the other reviews here and have never had those kind of experiences. My landlord is very involved in my renting of his house and keeps in contact with me regarding issues... not Steve Grants office. I prefer this as the home owner is more knowledgeable and receptive to my needs as a renter. I had a major issue that was resolved quickly and easily bc of this.

We had to spend $18,000 to make the house respectable again. As Realtors No! We tried to sell our house for 8 years! No feedback, just left. Being so far away, you expect updates and someone to check on the house. But we had to rely on our neighbor on Lake Athens. In the end we moved realtors and she was amazing, kept us informed, gave us feedback and the outcome was.... we sold the house. Don't be bullied into using Steve Grant Real Estate.
