Luckily he let me go with a warning but gave me a fix it ticket to change my address. The first time I drove by and it was closed but I didn't really think about calling them to get someone to sign off it. I then have been so busy since I got the ticket and was barely in Daly City. I was then gone for a month and when I got back I received a notice in the mail that I need to respond. I thought I had until February to fix it but I still had to pay a fee and get it signed off. I came back to Daly City without my car and my ticket was in my car. I thought a photo copy was fine to get it signed off so I asked my parents to get the ticket from my car and email me a copy of it so I walked to the police station and the office was closed again. I swear I never see cops here. The photo copy didn't work. They needed a certified copy of the ticket or the actual ticket. I had no car to get a certified copy from the court house so I had to ask my parents to overnight the ticket to me so I can get it signed off. I came back a few days later to the police station. The office was still closed. I don't believe it ever opens. I called again and then the police officer came and signed it off! It has been crazy just to get this thing signed off but I am glad it's over. Anyways, has the office ever been open???? I guess they keep it closed forever. Not much happening in Broadmoor. I still don't understand why Broadmoor has it's own police department. This is Daly City to me!

I've been in three accidents in this parking lot thanks to the fact that the cops insist on parking in the stupidest ways imaginable making an already crowded situation with very low visibility a thousand times worse. Of course, there's no one to cite them for parking illegally because their doors are always locked to prevent the public from seeing how little work they actually do in there.

Twice now Officer C. Anisho has ticketed me back to back days, May 13th and 14th. The space between the street and the front of my bumper is exactly 2' (two feet), but yet i was ticketed for $50 twice. I've literally been parking in my own driveway with my truck for the past 3 years and only once before was i harassed. Not even the common courtesy to knock on my door when they could see me through the window that i was home. What an absolute joke that "code enforcement" such as this is a priority to the city of San Bruno, when why don't they focus on more impending issues? Like the homeless vagrants who live in Forest Lane Park or underneath the 380 overpass between my neighborhood and Tanforan. Or maybe even the transient trash that comes off of Bart and walks our neighborhoods and streets. Nope let's go around and harass our good citizens. I could completely understand if, indeed my truck was somehow impeding the public walkways, but literally 2' of clearance to walk in front of my truck while it's parked in my personal driveway is absurd. I'm happy to see my tax dollars at work. This is harassment and i will not stand for it!

I call up SSF PD and ask the person who picks up the phone the exact same question, and sure enough, he ran the plate number and vin and everything checked out. San Bruno PD is a joke

I'm disabled, and I had fallen off my stationary bike and it fell on top of me. Unfortunately, I didn't have my phone to call anyone. Like a crazy person, I started screaming for the neighbors, and I was fortunate enough that one of them called the police. Anyway, Corporal Will Smith and the rest of the group that came to rescue me, were amazing. They were very caring the whole way through. Corporal Will Smith gave me a pillow and made sure I was comfortable until the rest of them came. There was no way he could've got me up by himself, as I'm a very heavy person. Anyway, bravo.

If you're sponsoring or monitoring an event, make a BIG (meaning "Legible " ) sign, or better yet, have a police car or other personnel present to warn folks THEIR CAR WILL BE TOWED, Including the dates and times IN LARGE LETTERS, Not 20 point font. Not only that, there was absolutely no indication of any event in the works. Can't you put up something to let people know something is about to happen? These signs looked like someone had forgotten to take them down from a previous event. See my review of Miller &O'Brien Towing. it's a system designed to gouge the innocent. They know just how to rob people because they work with criminals. Anyone with any decency would not want to associate with these folks, who seem unmatched in their incompetence. We stood in the cold waiting for them to figure out where our car was...then made us wait 45 minutes while they tried to complete the actual paperwork meanwhile the two useless clown faced twits in the office pointed fingers and giggled at us; then we had to call 2 Lyft rides ...when they could have given us a ride to the tow lot. I might feel pity for you if you and your cohorts hadn't squeezed $768.00 from us; for what? Because we're nice people? I guess. And because you're not.

They tag-teamed while on the phone with me to try all the options available, and eventually found him. Also, two members of a community help organization (can't remember the exact group name) kindly offered suggestions. Usually I go in because I need to file or get copies of paperwork, or maybe have a fix it ticket signed off. They don't really seem set up to help you in person anymore. There doesn't seem to be a way to park nearby if you need a fix it ticket signed off (all the former parking is now tow away zones and there is no visitor parking in the lot.) I guess that is a reflection of the times. It seems they are now expecting you to do everything online. I would actually have gone for the online option except I couldn't really wait a week or more for the copy of the report I needed. Discussion with the person who answered the phone was a little tough but I did eventually get the info I needed...and had to drive over to Mission Bay to get the paperwork I needed. Too bad they have streamlined/compartmentalized or whatever and are no longer able to hit the print button at the Mission station. I'm sure someone views this as progress. I'm not so sure I do.
