BEWARE!! We took a 2004 Ford F-250 to Collision Pros to have the bed replaced. Terry Davis gave us a quote of $5000 for a "quality replacement bed" (his words) including painting. We kept frequent in contact with them to insure completion within the timeline promised and at no time did he indicate there was an issue. He was given specific instructions to dispose of a plastic bedliner that was in the truck when we brought it in. When we went to pick the truck up the plastic bedliner was installed over the new bed and was riveted in place with the rivets so close you couldn't lift it to look at the bed. We requested he remove it so we could see what we were paying for and he refused. He demanded payment by certified check and according to the law we had no choice but to comply before we could take the truck. Once we paid and removed the plastic bedliner the attached pictures show what we found. He gave us a piece of junk, charged a ridiculous fee for it, and tried to conceal it until he had been paid. Probably the best body shop around but the customer service sucks!! Terry and his crew fixed my cousin truck this year while he was sick, so I handled everything for him. The lady in the office was very unprofessional from the start! Terry was busy at the time so i was stuck with her, She had no clue what she was doing, or what's going on! She was more concerned with hanging out with the guys in the shop then my needs when I pulled up, and was focused on her cell phone the whole time! They do excellent work on vehicles but lacks experience when hiring unprofessional children for office matters! read more

The single most worthless paint and body shop in the CSRA.. I had to fix what they fixed over again. They claim to be a custom paint shop, if screwing up a car is custom than this is your shop. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE these guys are seriously bad. Do not let the good ole boy charm sway you. read more
