Never again will I call these people. Having helped future homeowners select fixtures for their new homes, I never bought one for that amount even with a discount. I called because of a dripping faucet which I couldn't turn off to repair because the valve knob was too tight. They wanted $300+ to fix one faucet or replace the whole thing for $400+. I can fix the faucet myself. I have before. So basically, I paid $100 for a service call for a guy to turn off the hot water faucet.

Workers only showed up about 3 hours a day and half the time I watched them from my cameras. was told at least 10 days they would be there and never showed. Took 2 months to halfway compIeye and had to pay a sheetrock company to finish the ceiling cause it looked like a rollercoaster and now the grout from the shower is falling off and can't get a response. This house was a remodel and this company was definitely a waste of my time.

Several disappointment in the professional ways things are handled and had to have them fix several things. Then in the end I was the bad guy for wanting things right. A lot of young kids doing the new construction and one lead man that was never there overseeing. Think long and hard if you are building a new house and pick someone else. So far no complaints on heating and air side.

DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR! After receiving a very competitive bid for their services, and a…read morerecommendation from a family member, I went with them to replace our 20-year old heat pump with a new one. They gave me a 100% parts and labor guarantee. We immediately began having problems with the air not cooling enough. Carl (one of the Smith brothers) told me that, "It's just Georgia; they don't really cool too well." He then checked the unit, told us that it came from the factory with too much freon, and drained some off. A week or so later, he was back, installing another drop and vent in the hallway to aid in the cooling. Keep in mind, the old unit always cooled the house completely (when it worked!). Nothing he did was sufficient. I finally had to call another company, who instantly saw that the fan blower setting was too high, moving the air too fast across the cooling coils, and not allowing it to get down to the right temperature. Oh, and they had to add all the freon back in the system, at a cost to me of $375. When I asked (very reasonably) for Smith Brothers to make good on the money, they stopped responding to me. Don't let these guys into your house!
