The tutors are top notch - both experienced, professional. Reza is awesome, he has paired me with tutors and is flexible and totally receptive to our needs and schedule changes. He gives you bios of tutors and you get to select your tutor and for any reason if it doesn't work out, you can change to another tutor. So far, I have only received the best tutors and never had any issue except for some minor scheduling issues that came up on my end and Reza resolved right away. It is nice to have a tutoring company that truly cares about each student and not just about collecting your money. The payment policy is also great because you get a discount for prepaid packages and if for any reason you need to cancel, you get your money back for the unused credits. I went to a bunch of other tutoring centers that charged much more and they had strict policies of buying prepaid and non refundable packages. I felt uncomfortable taking the risk of buying a huge package and not knowing if I liked the place. Also, with tutor genius the tutors come to your home which saves me the drive. All around convenient. Would recommend over and over again.

The assessments are spot on and as suspected, Carina is a verbal learner so it wasn't that she didn't know the material; she would just get stuck on the homework and not be able to push through on her own. Knowing that she had two concentrated hours/week with a tutor in the study skills program (all who are very qualified) kept her very efficient and organized with her homework load, and has really taken alot of pressure off of her. Time management has greatly improved. She is now at a 3.8 GPA which is a far cry from where she started before coming here! As a senior citizen, now retired, I have always wanted to take drawing and watercolor lessons. I started art lessons in February 2019 with no previous experience drawing except for water coloring as a child. In the short time I have taken lessons, there has been a noticeable difference in my attempts to draw with pencil and pastels. Sonserae is an excellent instructor and has a teaching style that simplifies the steps for students like me to apply the knowledge she has demonstrated. My math grade has soared as a result of his teaching and because of him, I am able to fully understand the course content. Mr. Alemansour has helped me with Geometry, Algebra, and Statistics. We originally started with her month-long summer Accelerator Program for my son, who had been struggling with writing and math. As a homeschooling family, those subjects had become a source of stress for both of us, and I could tell his frustration was really coming from a place of feeling unsure of himself.
