Beautiful place with the great Owners. Enjoyed the view of mountains, blooms, trees. They have rest place by the swimming pool, terace. Great rooms with comfortable beds and big bathrooms. You can use dishes in the kitchen if you want to eat in the apartment. Owners book a table in the restaurants if you like to eat outside. As well they deliver fresh and warm bakery in the morning. Also you can buy local wines and prosecco and olive oil. Enjoyed everything. read more

Great relaxing stay at Colle Bertini. Fabrizio and Michele were very friendly and helpful but were not 'in your face' everyday. Accommodation was clean, spacious and well equipped whilst still retaining rustic charm. Peaceful location with great views from our accommodation and pool was fantastic. Great base for road cycling routes, mountain biking and walking, and a good base for exploring Tuscany by car. Only downside was no restaurants within walking distance so unless you are self catering a car was essential for eating out. Highly recommend. read more

We had a very warm welcome by our hosts who were very helpful. We had a one bedroom apartment that was very spacious, with all the basic equipment needed in the kitchen to cook a meal. The heating system was particularly good and heated the place really quickly, although we only needed to use it a couple of times. The reason we gave it four stars and not five is the driveway. It is very steep and uneven so you have to be very careful and drive really slowly. This can be a bit of a drag if you are in a hurry to get off at the start of the day or at the end after a long hard day! Overall, this is a lovely place to stay and we would come again. read more

A super hideaway in the Tuscan countryside. Great views all around with easy access to Sienna, Florence and Pisa by car. Definitely need a car. The outdoor pool was lovely for cooling off in the mid day heat. And the figs straight off the trees were gorgeous to eat - my breakfast of choice! My one complaint is that the flats could have had more in the way of kitchen amenities: kettle/ microwave/dishwasher. Hence a 4* instead of 5* review. read more
