So, you might want to make a reservation on those 2 nights. The view is indeed fantastic, so if you are looking for that - it is a great place to be. However, do note that the drinks are somewhat overpriced, e.g. a coffee costs 4.5€ which is clearly above Dusseldorf average in terms of price, but is nothing special in terms of quality. Overall: awesome design and lights, neat waiters, wonderful view, but drinks do not offer a good price-quality ratio. I have never eaten here.

There is a bar off to the side of the restaurant. There is a nice view to the Rhein harbor from the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was lacking in that any request for cooked meat needed to be made by the cook. There were breads, fruit, yogurt and juices to choose from but most of my preferences needed to be requested to the cook, which took longer than expected. The service was lacking as well as the server would disappear for long periods of time. I received better service from the cook. I did request a pancake and received a Dutch Baby; it tasted really good and he was really proud of it. I ate here for dinner one night and ordered the 300 g Beef Filet. It was cooked perfectly but was not seasoned. I ordered it with fries and spinach. The spinach was served with onions in it so I did not eat much of it and the fries were OK. I ordered a few beers here in which they served Frankenheim Alt Bier. The beers were good and it was the best part of my meal. My service was also lacking at dinner service. Two stars!

Great place to catch up with friends or just read a book. Pebble's is a self service bar, if you like to drink something, better going to this silver cool looking thing. Even you don't order anything, just want to have a look of the view. They won't stop you, just go ahead have a walk. I really like this place, I think this is a brilliant place and worth to visit.

I got the sea bass which sounded good in the menu. When it arrived on my plate as a whole fish I started to change my mind but one bite and I was assured I made the right choice. The arrabiata pasta with shrimp was good also, but my favorite remains their fresh black taglierini pasta with salmon tomato and broccoli in a butter sauce I had off their special menu -it was amazing! Wish they would add it to their regular menu. Price is what you'd expect for that part of town (15-25 euro for a main). The waiters tend to be a bit more relaxed which is great if you want to have a leisurely dinner, but if you're in any kind of hurry you might find it slow or annoying how long it takes them to come take your order.
