A few years ago, Jeremy Hahn made an estimate for a new roof for our daughter's home in Flagstaff. He only did an estimate for a metal roof because of potential problems with snow and ice for asphalt shingles. It was unbelievable that he would forego a sure sale because of possible issues with a roof with asphalt shingles in Flagstaff. A week ago, I visited the office of Hahn Roofing to inquire about contractors who could do a skylight for my daughter's Flagstaff home. I was aware that they didn't do asphalt shingles in Flagstaff, so I was pleasantly surprised to learn that they are now offering this option, thanks to a new underlayment that addresses previous issues with ice and snow. Parents always want the best for their children. I told my daughter that Hahn Roofing was the only roofer I trusted to put a new roof on her home. If their bid was higher because of the new underlayment and other upgrades, we would make up the difference in price for her. She will soon have a new roof from Hahn Roofing.

Today is 7/9/2016 and the repair still has not been done adequately. A tarp, which was added shortly after they replaced the roof, still covers one of the skylights to prevent leaking. They are very polite and make lots of promises to stand behind their work but never follow through. We are still waiting for them to fix the mess. I would definitely not recommend this company. If they ever fulfill thier commitment to fix their mistakes and stop the leaking, I will update this review. Until then I would recommend everyone to stay far away from Better Care Roofng.
