When I called they were able to come out within days for the quote and once I was ready for the work to be done they were here within two days. I cannot say enough just how impressed I am with the work Mr. Wagoner and his crew did. Not only do my trees look better than they have in years, they worked tirelessly throughout the day trimming and cleaning up all the branches and waste from the trees and stump grinding. They did not finish the job but gave the impression it was completed AND I PAID THEM THE ENTIRE AMOUNT. Once I found out it was not completed, I made numerous phone calls in which they admitted they had not finished but promised they would. After months of asking and arguing with them, I had to pay another tree removal company $4280 to finish the project. I then contacted the Better Business Bureau and made a well documented complaint, the BBB made phone calls, sent letters and finally a registered letter. Tree Solutions NEVER RESPONDED. Again, I would give them a ZERO if I could. BEWARE of this company.
