This Place is Wonderful and very amazing I was in here last week sometime my Apple Pay wouldn't work we tried it about three or four times and the young lady told me go ahead don't worry about it and I told her I would come back and pay for it. My wife, son and I wanted some ice cream last week. So, we went to to the shop and it's packed. My son got the chocolate with fudge in a cone, Heather got the mint chip with the chocolate sprinkles cone cup and I got the Banana, walnuts, caramel in a regular cone cup. Very bad experience. We got to cold stone at 9:55pm (5 minutes away from closing) as soon as the lady (short hair, short young lady, uses circular reading glasses) serving the ice cream saw us walking by the door she threw the spoons very loud in the sink (maybe she needs anger management classes), we ordered our ice cream one by one, she was being very very very rude to me and all of my family, screaming from the cashier, what's the next??? Like we didn't have any opportunity to see the flavors or anything. I get that they were about to close but if it's to treat customers like this, better stop serving at 09:30 so she has time to put her things together to close down the store. This is hands down THE best Cold Stone I have ever been to, and trust me when I say I've been to a few, throughout the country (ya, trust me). They are the only store that will actually sing for you when given a tip, and the guy at the register will even play drums and another even beat boxes! I have literally recieved the best customer service from this store. These kids clearly live and breathe their ice cream because they seemed so passionate about giving me that extra brownie :) And Helloooo! the ice cream is devilishly delicious. oh my Lord, do yourself a favor and get cake batter, brownie, cookie dough, and peanut butter. I've been to this Coldstone location a few times now and service is always friendly and quick. The case of premade cakes and other goodies always looks pretty tempting but I've only purchased from the regular I've cream counter. They've always been pretty consistent with flavors and serving sizes. My only complaint is the stale waffle bowls. The last one I got was so chewy and dry it was nearly inedible until you got to the bottom that was saturated in ice dream. read more

This location is the worst ice creams tore I've ever been at. They won't take ice cream coupons for kids, and there is often ice cream all over the floor and walls. The staff is rude and won't talk to you, and when you tip they refuse to sing. Every time I've gone in the store has been dirty and nobody is there. If they cared about customers the store would be clean and they would let the children use their coupons. Why refuse to accept all coupons? It is so rude and makes there ice cream unaffordable. We go out of our way to go to this particular Cold Stone. Ashley is the BEST!! She is super friendly and knows how to hook our orders up perfectly every time! We went to a different Cold Stone last week because it was next to the restaurant we had dinner at and we were disappointed. Way to completely make a birthday celebration flop! Wouldn't let me use a coupon because it wasn't PRINTED OUT!! We live in a digital age. I don't own a printer. So I get discriminated against, plain and simple. I bought my friend's b/c it was her birthday (mine had been the day before) and handed mine back because I wasn't prepared to pay for both. No sympathy just "this is policy". Sad we can't be environmentally friendly and not have to kill a tree to get an advertised special.
