You cannot ever rely on the store hours, because the chances are very little someone will be there.. So, your best bet is to call them to make an appointment or for someone to answer saying that they'll be open by the time you arrive.. Good Luck ! read more

Rude! Though my gold was graded and in a case, passed their metal identifier and I had a receipt to prove where I purchased it, they insisted in breaking the case and paying me under spot price. I asked about star notes just for information and was told it's worthless and to use it for TP. Several of my star notes are extremely rare, one is from a run of 160,000. I would suggest anyone looking to buy, sell or looking for advice, go anywhere except this place! They won't even let you finish what you're saying to cut you off and rudely tell you what ever you have is worthless! Worst coin, bullion, anything collectible store on the planet. I went in to sell a 10oz silver bar and a man with a Hungarian accent told me that spot price was $21 and I showed him my phone. Clearly he was lying to me because it was $21.98 oz. After that he told me he would pay me 21.50 oz . Reluctantly I agreed he proceeded to give me $20.15oz. I told him he made a mistake because he paid me 83 cents under spot.
