I had my first and last haircut with this hairdresser. I showed up with two pictures of a hairstyle…read morewhich I wanted to have. one picture from the side and another from front...the hairstyle was very short with long fringe. the first thing the hairdresser did was to cut my fringe really short, I pointed out that the style had way longer and bulky fringe - but it was too late. I ended up paying CHF 88.00 for a hairstyle I didn't chose or wanted. Since my hair is too short I'll have to wait for months before I have another haircut. it seems that most hairdressers are either incompetent or don't care about their customers. I will never go to this hairdresser again and I'll make sure to discourage my friends from going there too.
