We love 24-7 WatchDog. After being failed by neighbors and multiple family members I had to look…read morefor a professional to watch my furkids. I interviewed people who I had been referred to by friends and they found the needs of my pets to be too much (one is mostly blind, another is antisocial, and the third had congestive heart failure). These ladies listened to all of my concerns and assured me they would take good care of my babies. Kirsten is always in contact with me when I go out of town. She sends multiple texts to include pictures, she has won over my antisocial pup, she even picks up after my German Shepherd even though we have a fenced in private yard. If you have any certain little things done while you're gone they'll do their best to accommodate; turn lights on and off, bring in or take out garbage/recycling bins, nit picky feeding instructions, etc. When I need a sitter I just text with the dates and then I pay my bill online after they email me the invoice once the job is done.

Now, BEST Vets, today refused my dog after not communicating that my dog who was scheduled for a groom only, would need boosters. They know he cannot have the shots and grooming on the same day due to his anxiety. They charge a lot for the services. The last straw was I expressed that Hannah told me they sedated him for his previous shots, which they did not. I wanted to make sure that would never happen without contacting me, and I wouldn't approve it anyway. The tech returned and basically fired me. I would NEVER recommend this vet and would caution anyone who asked. Between their non refundable deposits, prepaid grooming which is also non refundable, extraordinary charges, I will be surprised to see her in business much longer.

We had been bringing our dog to this vet for several months with concerns about his declining health. Despite multiple visits, the cancer was not diagnosed until it was too late. On the day he was finally diagnosed, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to put him down immediately. No advanced diagnostics or referrals were offered until his condition rapidly worsened. When the cancer was finally discovered, we were devastated to learn there was nothing more that could be done. What made the situation even more difficult was that we were not allowed to take our beloved dog home after he passed. We were told cremation was the only option -- no room for discussion. It felt cold and impersonal, especially after such an emotional moment. Losing our dog this way suddenly and with so little compassion or flexibility has left us heartbroken. We trusted Dr. Cox with his care and we feel deeply let down.
