To add insult to injury, the grooming was very sub-par also. There idea is for you to get up at the crack of dawn and bring your dog in between 7-9am. It is first come, first served (no appt time, even though you make an appt for that day). We were there by 8:15 and I could not pick her up until 2pm. This is a very bad business model!

They were honest at the front desk explaining that they don't do emergency but would see her if we were willing to wait. More than reasonable since we didn't have an appointment. The ladies at the front desk were professional and courteous. A few minutes later another woman comes in with pretty much the same situation. A pup in need of care. Heard the ladies explain in the same way they did with us. Now this woman is asking for names and how they were rude...smh. Just because they were unable to accommodate immediately...it is ridiculous...when you go somewhere to any business outside of a scheduled appointment you can expect a wait. The ladies handled the situation with the utmost professionalism. Always love my experience with Doctor Cohen and his staff!!

Then we called Cohen's office for a follow-up. It was supposed to be free. When he came in he had no idea why we were there. He didn't look at any of the paperwork we had. I had an exray the other Veterinarian wanted him to see. He ignored that too. He asked if we wanted to do the regular check up for her licence and heart guard meds. So we also got our 11 year old on flea and tick medicine at that time. He was very cold towards my husband and I. We had an emergency again. Katie was screaming in pain and needed attention like right now. We called again on Saturday morning to see if we could get her in. They blew us off and said we could book an appointment on Wednesday the 1st of April. So we made that appt. Sunday at 3:30 she again woke us up with screams of pain. So we took her to the hospital. They said she had brain cancer. We had to put her to rest. I called to cancel her appointment on Monday. They have still haven't called to say Condolences. In They are cold blooded. I can't believe how caring he was in 2016 when we first got Katie. She was 3 and a half years old. What happened to him?

She was truly amazing with my whole crew -- my elderly dog Duke (11), Mia, my three cats, and even my African Grey Parrot (who can be a real jerk sometimes!). Even though she only stayed one evening and half a day, she made such a big impression. From our very first meet-and-greet, I knew my animals were in the right hands. Duke sat right next to her like he had known her forever. She sent pictures and videos the whole time, and one of my cats who usually hides from everyone actually came out and hung around her -- that has never happened before!
