I reside in North Carolina. This firm was selected by our…read moreroofing company. We had been through of back and forth with our insurance company, Alamance Farmers Insurance. They denied our roofing claim despite voluminous info to support wind damage (photos, videos). The company inspector even stated after an onsite inspection that the roof did indeed need replacement, but he does not make the final decision. We sent a complaint to the North Carolina board of insurance after a second inspection with our roofer was done and received a letter supporting the denial. The letter also stated to contact her with any questions made as well as our roofer, left multiple calls to this woman to better understand the denial and not one call was returned. Our claim was handled Luis, in Miami. IT WAS A NIGHTMARE! All of our evidence had been submitted to Morgan Law in early August 2025. I made multiples calls to Luis to gain info on the progress. Voice mail messages were left, emails were sent. When I finally did receive a response he stated it was in prelitigation or with the assigned attorney. I could go on and on. Finally, in late January, 2026 I demanded to speak to the assigned attorney. Later that day I received a call from the attorney, located in NC. He advised me that he had just received the case. He advised me that all cases go through Miami for review then assigned to an attorney. Apparently, organization has multiple offices in several states. He continued, because the case was assessed for less than $50,000 the policy of the firm is not to accept it, ours was assessed for $30,000. He advised me to seek another firm. The case was submitted in August 2025 and not sent to the attorney until January 29, 2026. STAY AWAY FROM THIS FIRM!

Sorry…read moreto say hands down the worst representation I have ever experienced. 1) should not have taken case they were out of depth 2) lead attorney was extremely warm and friendly but completely inefficient in my case 3) special facts of the case which I consistently pointed out to attorneys were ignored... I have no fantasy that I am equipped to tell them what to do...however these points I relayed to them were agreed by them to have strategic and legal use and either thru inefficiency, lose dollar value perception by firm or whatever they were never communicated to insurance company and lied to me about having discussed 4) offer was made but insurance company and while not even close to the dollar amount necessary just to cover billings....Scott, Brett and Patricia took away my part in the decision making process by not even letting me know offer was on table. I later found out from insurance company that offer was made. I can do on and on with points of how they failed me miserably on the face of my pleas for them to step up I actually liked alll the attorneys on a personal superficial level...however they so failed me and dragged out inefficiency over a year that it forever impacted my ability to collect I have never written a review like this and it has been a year since I fired them. I just ran into someone who had similar experience and feel I have done the right thing by sharing my experience as a warning. I see in reviews that they have a favorable review ratio....maybe this is deserved and my case was not the usual way they conduct business. I don't know. I do know they objectively failed me miserably and m'ost of it was easily avoidable. There seeming claim is that clients are treated like family.... I was treated like family....
