Opening yesterday and…read morepart of the chain of Toast Espresso restaurants (there is one in Grafton just down the road) this cafe finally brings a new food alternative to the Yamba Fair shopping complex. This cafe has a broad range of sandwiches and pastries, a full breakfast menu and daily lunch specials. Local staff are very friendly and helpful and more than accommodating to changes in order. The coffee is just as good as the Campos coffee you can get downtown (although I definitely should have ordered an extra shot into my large coffee as I found there was a bit too much milk for my liking.) Toast has had a promising start and it can only get better!
