Ordered a Sig P365XL from this store online on July 18th, 2020. The owner, Larry Frandson, declined to sell it to me based upon feedback from my FFL about my address on file. This is fine; it's his right to decide whether or not to sell. However, as I'm writing this it's August 21st, 2020 and I still haven't received my refund. I've tried emailing and was able to reach him via telephone ONCE out of the 5 or so times I've tried calling. Communication is severely lacking with this store. I've also left a 1-star review on Google Maps but it looks like the store owner doesn't check his online reviews, which is detrimental to his business.
Update: It's now August 23rd and I did finally get my refund but the owner charged me a 10% return fee, which I objected to and am awaiting his response. As this situation was completely out of my control (I've ordered firearms and had them transferred to me successfully before using my current address) and nothing was ever shipped out to me, I don't feel like the 10% return fee is warranted. read more
