Their work not only increases the usability and aesthetic of our website, but increases back-end efficiencies to streamline operations and make our sales team more effective.
Kook have proactively assisted Videopro to maximise web traffic and conversion; Last year alone they implemented several key strategies to drive up sales including remodelling our Google shopping feeds and our remarketing campaigns. This lead to dramatic increases in ROI for Ad-spend, and allowed our brand to be more 'sticky', following our customers after their experiences with us. Further, to increase conversion, Kook moved the entire store over to SSL, and implemented Google Trusted stores - making Videopro a reliable "trusted" online store.
Most notably, in 2014, Kook rebuilt our in-site search engine moving from text based results to product images and add to cart functionality. This resulted in over 100% better conversion from search, and nearly 200% more revenue from the search interaction. The outstanding increase in revenue meant that we were able to consider further development for the site much sooner than we anticipated. At the end of 2014, Kook restyled the entire site so that it was mobile responsive. This again resulted in untapping a significant amount of revenue from mobile and tablet users, and was an integral step in bringing the site up to modern standards. This project was a significant feat on multiple levels; Firstly, Kook were able to turn it around in a remarkably short amount of time so that it was ready for our Christmas rush. Secondly, despite the extreme lengths it took to complete the project in time, it also came in under-budget. The revenue we are now receiving from portable devices is exceptional and all thanks to the fast turn-around of this large project. This project not only demonstrated Kook's ability to manage projects effectively, but also their ability to produce quality results.
Kook have been a very reliable partner with our ecommerce site; so much so, that we selected them to build a Business Solutions site to service our B2B clients. Having just completed this project, Kook were able to not only create a modern, HTML 5 site with incredibly engaging interactive features, but they were able to build the Videopro Room Builder, a unique application that allows our clients to build their own boardroom, meeting room etc in the site. Kook worked tirelessly to integrate the new website with our existing systems, working with several different stakeholders within Videopro to achieve the ideal result.
