She said the sign says all sales final and there wasn't anything she was going to do. We found Lisa's service via an internet search and decided to call on a whim because we needed a "deep cleaning," which Lisa advertised for. She showed up at the appointed time and proceeded to clean for 8.5 hrs. She brought her own supplies. She said "I'll have this place looking brand new" and boy, did she ever.
