They did such a nice job that we have been using them ever since. We recently had them complete our second Training Center. They wired in some speakers, an amplifier, an automatic projector screen and an Epson projector. This is where we train all the EMT's and Medics in Lake Havasu and the system is more than adequate for our needs. We are able to project training videos, and anything from a workstation or laptop. The video looks great too, it's bright, crisp and easy to see during the daytime. A simple HDMI connection and we have audio and video. The projector screen they mounted uses a remote control and goes up and down on it's own. It's very nice. After the work was completed, we did an inspection. The install was professional, with the wires hidden in the walls. In the area we had to have wire exposed, they put a channeled cover over the wiring and made it look nice, almost like crown molding. They have never left any trash or debris behind. In between the two Training Center installs, we had Bulletproof run wires from the top of our building into the Ambulance bays and then into our server room. They followed previous wiring and basically made the install unnoticeable. We really appreciate the clean work they do for us. Their wiring looks amazing. We've never had a company wire in such straight lines. They are easy to follow and label. If you have a rats nest of wiring, get Bulletproof out there, they will clean it up nice.

They provided outstanding support with their local monitoring staff and team. Approximately two years ago, Western made a change that negatively affected my monitoring service. They decided to provide monitoring support offsite to a company located in, I believe, Texas. We had a few issues with the remote site not having our correct telephone numbers. Those were resolved. It seems that the local office is now only opened on week days. If that is incorrect, the monitoring service didn't provide any local contact information to me for after hour support. I have had several calls from the remote monitoring service in reference to communication issues, and an alarm that resulted in a local police department dispatch that turned out to be false, when I was out of town.They referred me to our local company, Western Alarm. Unfortunately these issues arose on a weekend when Western was closed. It seemed that I was now in a traffic cop mode and had to be involved directly with coordinating actions to be taken. In the past, this was all handled by employees at Western Alarm. This situation reminds me of receiving a letter from your bank saying that they are so excited about their bank merging with another bank and how much better the services are going to be for their customers. We all know how that situation always works out. I know that Western Alarm made a business decision based on cost and return on their investment, but that decision resulted in a lower service delivery and the customer is now caught in the middle.
