Had new shutters put in by CB Shutters about 2 years ago-very pleased. Two years later sadly the owner has died and the remaining business seems to be in a shambles. I have called and emailed them for service on one of my shutters with no response. The message does not say they have "gone out of business". It would be great if the business continued as they did good work, however, if CB Shutter is no longer in business-please change your message on your answering machine and change your website. My first experience with them at our condo in July of 2015 was pretty good. This is NOT the case in October 2016. After high estimate and scheduling work they were a NO CALL- NO SHOW TWICE. Ignores message asking where are they and about what we should expect. No return phone calls for SEVEN days. Blames the hurricane even though work was scheduled days before. Schedules new appointment with my property manager without even speaking with me after I was forced to hire another company. Totally unprofessional and rude on the phone. Concrete workers renovating balconies are delayed and pissed. Not sure how anyone can stay in business who treats former customers this way?!?!?!?!? TOTALLY IRRESPONSIBLE. read more
