Decided to go to Dawn after finding her on yelp. So glad I did! Out of all the massages I have…read moregotten, Dawn is by far the best. She takes the time to speak with you about all your problem areas. The environment is very relaxing. I got a 90 minute deep tissue massage and I am definitely going to keep seeing her. I could not recommended her enough! Plus, you can book online, which is really convenient. If you are experiencing any pain or just want to relax, go see Dawn!

Massage is about feeling good in our own skin: it's about reconnecting to ourselves and being present in the moment and challenging the nervous system with touch and movement and mindful breathing to re-educate the body and brain to feel good. I created Maire as a space to know and remember that we matter, and in our crazy, busy, technologized lives, that's big. From Ashiatsu (luxurious, deeper, body connecting barefoot massage) deep lomi (a very relaxing and luxurious style of deep tissue), and MFR to reflexology and Thai "yoga" massage, I call upon a variety of techniques. No two massages are the same and collaboration with you is central. Side-lying and seated approaches are also used when they will provide the best approach. These latter techniques are wonderful during pregnancy. Bodywork for me is an art and often a dance, a joy to practice. The oils, lotions, balms and other topical preparations I use in massage are carefully sourced, usually organic and often something I have created. It is my passion to continually increase my knowledge and technique base through continuing education courses and self study through books, videos, networking and professional membership in ABMP, the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals. In 2015 alone I completed 100 continuing education hours. I accept PIP/Motor vehicle insurance.

I highly recommend trying/using acupuncture and with Audrey and/Jeff! They work in Ellensburg AND Cle Elum! Thank you!!

Well, first of all it's Middle *Path* Acupuncture, so someone should fix that--"Middle Acupuncture"…read moresounds mediocre, or at the very least indecisive. I'd never tried acupuncture before going to this place, so I'm probably not qualified to rate it "good as it gets", but I'm giving it 5 stars because I'm really, really happy with the acupuncturists and the treatment I'm receiving. I went in initially to get help with some digestive problems I've been having, and I'm continuing to go in for that, but a couple of times at my appointments I've been horribly stressed out by personal and work-related stuff, and after a few extra needles or whatever, I leave feeling like a brand new person. I didn't know that was even possible! I've seen Tom all but one visit, and I like him a lot. He's kind and friendly and fun, and he actually DID RESEARCH about my digestive problems. HE DID RESEARCH ON HIS OWN TIME! I'm repeating that and putting it in all caps because I've been having digestive problems for a few years, following a mystery food or waterborne infection, and I've seen a lot of allopaths, none of whom ever bothered to do one second of research or follow-up, preferring instead to shrug diffidently and say they didn't know. So right there this dude has done more for me than any conventional doctor, PLUS the needle treatments and herbs are helping -- there has been noticeable improvement. I recommend Tom highly and he has a ridiculously cute baby you can see pictures of, which is not a part of the treatment, but is therapeutic in its own way. I also recommend Jeff highly, though I only saw him for the one visit. He has a very accepting personality and I was immediately at ease with him. He patted my arm comfortingly a whole bunch of times and also said some flattering but entirely untrue things about my level of body fat -- what's not to like about this guy?? Nothing, that's what. Another thing I like about this office is that Jennifer, the office managing lady, is very helpful and accommodating when it comes to billing and scheduling, and really just everything. She also has amazing fingernails you need to see to believe. So to sum up, I'm giving this place 5 stars and feel they deserve every one of them.

I went in there to get a treatment last year on 7/14/2015 and presented my insurance cards( I have…read moreMedicare and blue cross). Although I live here in Ellensburg, Wa, Kayla, the main insurance billing person, billed to the state of California. I have called more than three times last year alone with Bluecross representatives to get this resolved, yet I get another bill for the same amount today. Both bluecross and I tried to tell Kayla how to do her job correctly,( I really don't know why anyone has to tell her how to do anything), but she just doesn't know how to file simple insurance claim or know how to fix her own mistake. I have never seen this in any professional services I have received in my life and will never go back there again. This is absurd. At this point I am just waiting for the office to send me an unexpected collection letter and will not pay a penny until she gets this corrected. SMH.. Hope no one else is having this issue.

This office was booked out 9 months for a simple massage. After waiting 9 months, my wife showed up…read morefor her appointment on-time at 5:30. All the lights were off and there was no sign of activity inside of the office. She banged on the door for 10 minutes, and there was no answer. She eventually left, frustrated because it appeared that they had forgotten her appointment. The next day, she was called by the masseuse, who gave her a lot of misinformation about where she was, what time it was, and so on. She actually wanted to start an argument, blaming my wife for the fact that she was not there for the massage appointment. She says she was in the building and saw my wife drive away (at 5:40) but didn't answer the door? Even if she was there, what kind of business expects you to think that they are open if all of the lights are off? And if there's a reason for having them off, would it be too much trouble to simply put a note on the door to explain that you are there? Or, if you happen to miss an appointment as a masseuse, could you at least own up to it instead of trying to blame the client? Update: Got a call from the owner of the business. Here's the gist of it: "We understand that the masseuse was unprofessional, and I've reprimanded her for it, and you're no longer welcome at our business." Could this have something to do with the review posted here? It looks that way.
