Not only is their product perfect (I tasted 8 different flavors today, thanks to my companions, all of which were beyond expectations), but the staff is friendly and happy--clearly the mark of a staff that has a good boss and knows they're selling a high-quality product. The only down side that I can think of is that I'm living within a three minute walk. The mark of really great gelato, to me, is vanilla. Theirs is probably the best I've had anywhere, ever.
