I voiced a concern that this was not a normal reaction for her. I asked if it was possible that someone was mean to her, they absolutely said that wouldn't happen. I gave instructions on how I wanted her groomed, everyone petted her and all seemed well. I picked her up, the groom was not how I wanted, her coat was uneven and choppy. that afternoon into evening she was not her usual happy self. she was sullen and withdrawn.
