While I will say that the work this company did for me was of good quality, the cost was far more than expected. I requested an install of a whole house surge protection system, which involved work in the panel, and was told over the phone when asking for a quote that it would "not be much". After receiving a bill for nearly 400 dollars after the install I called the company to ask why such a simple install was billed so high and they responded that they require 2 electricians anytime they are working in a panel and, as such, I was being billed at nearly 200 dollars an hour. When I asked for a quote if I were told that it would be a minimum of 200 to install a surge protection system, I would have declined this work and sought out other estimates. I would not recommend this company unless someone is able to get more concrete estimates as the work as the amazon review for the system I had installed stated this was a simple install.
