I first discovered Coccinelle on a trip to Taormina, Italy. It was a lovely, bright store and the people working were very helpful and attentive. I bought a large, orange, hobo style leather bag. After owning it a little over 6 months, I notice on a flight one day that the strap was separating from the bag (likely due to weight - I traveled back and forth with a laptop in it). I took and sent a photo to their customer service and they immediately wrote back and said to ship it in. They sent me a replacement, which was beyond what I was hoping for! I love their bags and every time I travel I type in a search to see if that city has a store. Every bag I have purchased from them (and you can order them online in the US if you don't travel much) gets noticed and highly complimented. Their colors and styles are spectacular - this year I am sporting a deep blue suede bag, so nice! They are unique and you'll be one of a few who has one in the US. Enjoy! read more
