We rented this place for a birthday party and in the middle of our rental time, we notice random…read morepeople walking around our party???!!!! I confronted the "owner" about this and he felt justified to do so because he "is the owner" This is extremely unprofessional and inconsiderate. Especially a child's birthday! Dangerous to allow strangers to roam around the venue! Who does that! I would not recommend this place to rent, EVER! Additionally, they sell it as a "kitchen" that is available but there are always people in their offices and the kitchen does not have any supplies available and the fridge is full! The open space is nice but that is about it. It's awkward that the "owner" is there and touring people at any given moment without regards to your privacy and honoring your time that you pay to have! Hands down, super unprofessional and will never consider this place again

Excellent co-working space, for many reasons:…read more Team - highly communicative, positive, consistently checking in (though not so much to seem awkward). Michael and Jay are putting together something that can succeed, and scale if they choose to. Taco Tuesday with the Ted Talks is a well-received break. Space - multiple sizes of office option, comfortable public work spaces, the presentation space is separate from the offices, the facilities are all high quality, and the deck is going in - they never stop looking to improve. Setting is outstanding - being 3rd floor, you see big sky and trees. Parking is ample and at no cost. Tenants - everyone is friendly and professional, curious about other businesses, and focused on their own. If you are considering co-working, by all means stop in - don't let it be the place you wish you'd checked out before signing up somewhere else.

"We Love WiCo" A phrase I hear often when I'm at WiCoWork!…read more Houston definitely needs more places like this! As an entrepreneur, I find this space to be a great motivation and a wonderful change of scene from working at home (where I am almost never as productive), or from the boring 777 office buildings (where, frankly, the people aren't as cool). The awesome, completely renovated house- turned shared office space, is beautifully decorated, and is full of character. The staff actually encourage a TRUE co-working atmosphere with weekly happy hours (yup!), seminars, and sometimes free lunch! I searched this city high & low- looking for a centrally located office space... Regis, Level, Start, Boxer... but THIS place stole my heart! From the time I walked in I felt like part of the family! Plus the prices and the authentic (freshly brewed) Columbian coffee are both AMAZING. In fact, the prices are so reasonable, that I even purchased memberships for a couple of my part-time employees! I've met and networked with some of the members at WiCo and the variety is impressive, there is an expert, or young professional around every corner to help boost your brain, encourage you to work harder, or who simply provide a service that could truly catapult your company. Attorneys, graphic artists, marketing gurus, career coaches, real estate mongols, PR pros, foreign language tutors... you name it... I even met a guy there who is a designing video games geared specifically for children fighting cancer! Um... How awesome is that?! All in all, this place is unparalleled in style, price, positive energy, culture, comfort, (free) parking, and community involvement. Whether you're looking for a place to get inspired, a central meeting space so your clients don't have to trek to your (out-of town) office in Katy or The Woodlands (haha!!), or if you're just there for the free seminars and ridiculously attractive people... WiCo is the way to go!
