I first selected them because someone else I knew used them for a job and also because they were a family owned KCK business (which is where I am from). They did a wonderful job on both items. For the sofa they assisted me in selecting a vinyl they carried that everyone thinks is real leather when they sit on the sofa. They also refurbished the chrome frame as well. I would highly recommend De Leon to anyone. For my sofa they came and picked it up at my home and returned it to me when done. Al De Leon was great to work with and I couldn't help but be charmed by his adorable mother who works in the store as well. When you have quality furniture and are looking for someone who will take care in bringing it back to its original beauty go to De Leon!

I cannot say enough good things about Upholstered Elegance…read more They recently reupholstered an antique piano stool for me, and the results are absolutely stunning. The workmanship is first-rate--the leather is beautifully done, the tufting is crisp and deep, and the finished piece looks both historically appropriate and luxurious. The stool honestly looks better than I ever imagined it could. What truly sets them apart, though, is their integrity. During the process, the stool was briefly misplaced--but they were immediately upfront, communicative, and professional about it, and it was found the very same day. Their honesty and transparency spoke volumes, and that kind of character is rare and deeply appreciated. I'm including before and after photos because the transformation really speaks for itself. This piece was important to me, and they treated it with care, respect, and craftsmanship every step of the way. If you're looking for exceptional upholstery work from people you can genuinely trust, Upholstered Elegance delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended.

Between him and the lovely lady who called after this review was originally posted I would say they are a good quality company. Kenny was just a poor representation of the company. I will reiterate they were cost friendly. Original review- Hands down would not recommend this company especially if Kenny shows up at your door. I decided to use this service for the first time because they were reasonable on price. However Kenny the technician was over an hour an 10 minutes late for the initial show time frame. Then in addition to that he took over 5 hours to complete 3 rooms and a stair case. The guy appeared to be on some sort of drug. He claimed he was being thorough and talked the company up extensively. However the truth is he left several marks on our walls with his equipment being knocked around in addition to putting tiny holes through it in some places. In addition to that he went into rooms we asked him to stay out of looking for God knows what. The carpet was also left with some stiffness and a film which we were told wouldn't happen with the chemicals they used.
