Never had issues with helping me with my scooter, etc. I was quite generous with my tips. This year, I booked car/driver for 8/8-8/12. Spoke with Vince about dates and what I wanted to do. He mentioned it was car show week and that Nick was tied up. NEVER advised me to call another company or that they couldn't/wouldn't help me. He did confirm airport pick up and drop off. I had contacted Vince a few more times to confirm the other dates. Again, he never hinted there were issues. He just stopped replying UNTIL I advised him that I was going to cancel. THEN he immediately responded with "sorry for the trouble". My issues are: I'm handicapped and he knows that - would they have stranded me at the airport, stranded me at Monterey Bay Plaza and Spa with no way to get around, expected me to find other transportation and then happily let/expect them to take me to the airport when I departed. Now I have credits with the hotel and airline. It takes me awhile to plan things and I was really looking forward to enjoying a ocean and wildlife fix. I would have changed my travel dates if I had any idea there were issues. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of honesty and customer service that Vince displayed to me as a returning customer.

I think that if i had to find a negative...the front passenger seat had a whiplash protection pad...it blocked a lot of my view when sitting in back seat. Had to constantly look around it. Each trip was well performed in a reliable and professional way. In June of 2023 we arranged with MET for transit to SJC from my home by sedan. Pickup was set for 5:40 AM. This agreement was confirmed by email from MET 2 days before the scheduled date. At the appointed time, no driver came. I phoned MET multiple times that day with no answer. No explanation was ever provided. To not show up and not inform us in any way is irresponsible and unacceptable. I will not use MET again.

Our driver Bill frequently communicated with me via text or calling after dropping us off, where he would be waiting and to let him know when were ready. He also did a good job chasing us around the limo to beat us at opening the door. We got a 6 person limo for 4 people and it was spacious and comfortable. The inside of the limo was very clean and new. It came stocked with vodka, champagne, sodas and water. They also have the changing color lights on the walls and ceiling of the limo for ambiance. Overall I would highly recommend this company for limo services and definitely for any future transportation needs in Monterey/Carmel area.
