However; its been over a month and no one has contacted me. I have called them few times and was told they contacted me, and never did. There's no missed calls or any voice mail on my phone. When I contact them today, the young lady stated, she had no ideal when they would be able to give me a quote, she would keep me on the waiting list. Did know I was on waiting list, was never told to me when I call. Sorry, never heard of waiting list for quote. Is this really a way to run a business? I thought it was really strange, I could not get a date and time for quote. She then, became rude and stated you can take you name off the list. WOW, but I guess if you are booked up you can be rude to customers because you have a lot of business right not. However; there will be a time you wish you were nicer to potential customers. The whole experience was awful and waste of time. I could have contacted someone else if they would had just told me we cant do the job. Disappointed in Thibodaux.

Shaimon, the owner, had also replaced my front columns in the past, and I was very happy with the results. So, this time Shaimon did an excellent job. He took his time because he was very detailed. He first cleaned the cabinets, then he sanded them, and finally he painted them twice. The result was superb. Now my cabinets look brand new. They are awesome. I recommend him for just about any job. I called Southern Fencing and spoke with Nathan and he and his crew did an even better job than originally done. I also had Nathan automate my front gate. The guy who did it was not good. I won't get into the particulars, but it was bad. I called Nathan and he made it good. In my job I deal with a lot of architects and contractors, and it is always great to have someone stand by their name and reputation. I respect Nathan because his word is his bond, and he will go out of his way to ensure that you are satisfied with the job.
