The fans they installed worked great but they left small choking hazard size pieces in my babies room. When it was determined that I would buy a different fan they said it would be additional to come back out at the end of the week and install it. I agreed I purchased the fan, they never showed up and have not returned any of my calls or text messages. I paid for 3 fans only have 2 installed. Very disappointing.

This required working in the attic in July. I called several companies in Savannah that told me either they did not do that service, or since the appointment had to be very early for the safety of their workers, their soonest availability was too far off than I hoped. Joyner was able to come out sooner than everyone else could and they worked with my schedule to arrange a 6 AM appointment. They were very good about asking me questions so they knew exactly what I needed. They even asked what color my wall plate was so the others would match. The workers were on time, friendly, and very efficient. They said the cable company might have to come out, but then they worked their magic so I was fully hooked up for cable and internet before they left. This was on the morning of my moving day and made my life a whole lot easier, so I was very happy and grateful. I feel like they went out of their way to help me, but I think they are just that great by default. They did a fantastic job and exceeded my expectations and I will certainly call them next time I need their services.
