The nurses took the time to answer all of my questions, even when some were repeated questions. They listened to why I was there and what my goals were and recommended the best drip & enhancements to meet my needs. The massage chairs were next level comfortable with a heat option and a few different massage options and a cozy blanket to snuggle with. They checked on my drip often but were quiet & didn't disturb me when I had my eyes closed. Joyce at the front was so kind and helpful! I feel like they all truly cared about their clients and helping them feel better! I was surprised and elated at how great the experience was and I could see the results quickly! It was a very disappointing experience. They had difficulty inserting the IV, and once the fluids…read morebegan, it caused a severe burning sensation. The IV wasn't functioning properly, and much of the fluid ended up spilling onto the floor. The process was extremely slow, and after two hours, I chose to stop the treatment. Despite most of the fluid being wasted, they only gave a $10 discount.
