When he arrived (early!) to give an estimate, I could tell immediately that he was passionate about his work...and I was right. He explained the process and identified some areas which needed extra attention (calcium build-up and some cement splatter). He quoted a VERY COMPETITIVE price. He was extremely professional, polite, and respectful. As promised, he promptly e-mailed me a written, detailed proposal. Once I booked the job with him, he kept me informed of his schedule and when I could expect the job to be done. He arrived early for the job with his son, Kevin. He and Kevin greeted me, asked if I had any questions and got to work. They didn't just powerwash the pavers, they machine-scrubbed (with a soap solution) and thoroughly rinsed the pavers. They properly sanded with the appropriate product specifically made for the job (not just plain sand). He then applied 2 coats of professional-grade sealer (not the cheap stuff from big-box stores). The finished job looked BETTER THAN NEW!!!!! His son, Kevin, was extremely polite, courteous, and respectful!!! I also referred him to 2 neighbors that very same day! I will use him again!!! Thank you, Jun....AWESOME JOB!!!!!

We needed a lot done and he wasn't able to complete it in one go but is coming back to finish. His price is fair and very reasonable for the work he does. We owed extra given the neglect we had on our yard which was to be expected but if your yard is maintained you shouldn't expect a higher price upfront. (In my own defense it rained every weekend I went to cut for like a month straight.) Being in Florida only a few of us find zen by mowing our own lawn. Personally if I can burn it all I would. But Stan makes our yard look great and has the equipment to get it done quickly and the tools to make those vines go away from the fence!
