I always try to be polite, and I worked at a tanning salon before so I'm familiar with how things work, but I've been spoken to here like I have no idea what I'm doing. Going tanning should feel like a little self-care moment, but here it feels like you're inconveniencing them. I've never had these issues at the Scarborough location.
