Over the phone, he immediately reassured me -- not only would he do everything possible to get the laptop running, but he was confident he could recover my data. Because I live quite a distance from their shop, Sam even arranged for a technician to meet us at a mutually convenient location. Incredible service! Within a week, my laptop was fully repaired, running perfectly, and every bit of my data was restored. The price was very reasonable--and most notably it was the price quoted--not sudden fees added.
