Am not sure how his business is still open with the horrible service they provide and am not speaking about his employees but, about the owner (Alex). 3 months with a job and excuse after excuse first my employees have covid, my employees arm broke, is art vassal, is Christmas, i will have your job before new years and so on. Every time you call him his in a meeting and will only respond to text messages. The only time he answered me he hanged up on me because he didn't want to answer my questions. Is January 18, 2022 we show up and the boxes are exactly as they were left 3 months ago nothing was touched. On top of that over priced. I just received another quote and they are $1,000 less. Do yourself a favor and don't go thru what i went thru with this company.. read more

I've used Coach's Corner for a number of orders. They have always done a great job, their prints are great. The staff and owner are extremely helpful. One time I forgot to pick up an order and they had someone come out Saturday night at 930PM to make sure I had my order for Sunday!! That doesn't happen anywhere. read more

I placed an order which was never processed; I found out that it was passed between departments that, rather than calling the customer with questions, tried to figure out things among themselves. When I called to see if my order was ready, eight days after my order, I was told that it had not been placed due to internal confusion. Confusion of which could have been corrected with a simple phone call to the customer. I was told that they would try to expedite the order for the next day but they offered no promises, which I understood. However, true to their poor communication, there were no calls or anything to let me know if they were able to make good on the order or not. This was for merchandise which is needed for the operation of my business. This lack of product has caused us to have to offer significant discounts to our customers. A week later an invoice arrived via email, when I asked what type of financial assistance they would provide due to their errors, I was told that they would not help out. I am not looking to take advantage of a situation. This simple, repeat order was placed two weeks ago and still has not been completed. This failure to properly do an easy silkscreen cost my businesses over $250. It has literally cost me money, I simply asked for some type of discount. NOTHING! I am forced to complete the order so I will not run into the same problem over the weekend, but this will be my last order. This is a commodity business that should be relationship and customer service driven. Sadly, the team does not understand that and I am taking my business elsewhere and so should any reader of this review. read more

I actually went to Coach's Corner for our co-ed league adult softball team. We wanted team shirts for our team. I went in prepared and ready to inquire a quote from the company. As I walked in, the man greeted me and asked me if I needed help. I let him know what I was there for, and specifically told him what needed to be done to the shirts from the sizes, numbers, colors, font the whole nine yards. I was reassured that the shirts were going to be done on a friday. He also told me to email him the logo of the team and a full description of everything, he then again reassured me that he had everything in stock. Days go by and I had yet to receive an email, with a sample of the shirts. I had called on tuesday to see if they were going to email me a sample, i was once again reassured that they were going to send it by that night with an invoice. Tuesday night passed, wednesday passed, and finally Thursday NIGHT comes and I receive an email from Coach's Corner letting me know that they don't have any small sizes in shirts. I was in total utter shock. No sample, no logo sample, NO SAMPLE OF WHAT THE SHIRT WAS GOING TO LOOK LIKE, no warning that they didn't have sizes and I was suppose to get the shirts by Friday the very next day????? How can that be. So we decided to go to Kings Bay Athletics instead to get our shirts done. SO IF YOU'RE THINKING OF CHECKING THIS PLACE OUT BEWARE!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND LIARS. i thought the whole point of having a business was to do your job and keep your clients happy. read more
