As far as personal training, I joined the gym in August 2017 but only started training with Waleed in the past few months. I learn something new every time I go in for training and never cease to be amazed by the knowledge that Waleed has about general fitness and strength training. He always seems to be one step ahead in thinking about your physical and mental progress (and is very efficient with scheduling). Our instructer was awesome, great personality, kept the class fun and interesting. Most of us were beginners but he told us to do what we can, dont try to out do the person next to you. We did so much.. butpees, threw a heavy ball up the wall while doing squats, sit ups, pull ups, pull ups on rings, lunges and more. I loved the flow of the glass although there were moments I had to break, I still kept up! This crissfit gym is hidden but is a great place to work out!
