This is quite a small store and has a small selection of DVDs, CDs, cards, stationery and toys/gifts. There are quite a few books but they are spread out down the length of the shop and it is sometimes difficult trying to look as people are trying to get passed all the time. There is an adequate stock of magazines and papers and there is no confectionery area, though there is often some at the till.

It stocks the usual stationery, books, cards, writing paraphernaelia, and educatiobal, travel, cookery books. Theres also a good stock of fiction and non fiction, though I feel the kids books are a bit limited in authors. This year the Post Office was moved into here! The worst shop to choose! Not only is there all the traffic from W H Smith, but the poor customers wanting the post office have to struggle to the back. Recipe for a nightmare, The Post Office used to occupy a listed building further down on the High St, much more centrally located. I would rather go to another Post Office than use this!

It lies just on the outskirts…read moreof the town centre and takes place from Friday Sunday roughly 8 am onwards (times each day vary) you can find absolutely everything within the halls and outside stalls from food and clothes to home equipment and flowers. Prices are really good as you would expect of markets and you can really get some great bargains. One fabulous side to the market is the farmers section where not only can you buy but can try the produce on sale. Parking is plentiful as the market has constructed its own multi story car park within the grounds of the market. Well worth a trip!!!!

Look for the beautiful plants by the entrance !! It is held in a series of purpose built hangers, with some lovely little log cabin units out in the undercover area. There is a small amount of stalls in the open but not many so no need to worry about the weather. Friday is general & Farmers Market, Saturday is general & car boot fair and Sunday is general, Flea market & crafts Pay & Display Multistory car park on site. Can get very busy in the Summer. Open all year opening times vary a little but generally 8 til 1pm (9 til 3pm Sundays)
