Next door is a burnt-out shop and on the other side a boarded-up former betting shop. I've made a point of almost always avoiding this place, but was in a rush on Saturdaynever again! I smiled and said 'Good Morning' very nicely and got a 'WTF are you after?' scowl for my trouble. Yuck.

This tesco Express is open late so when its late and the closer shops are shut I can send out the…read morehubby for things and get tesco points too, as the main stores are just to far away. There is a large choice of things OK not as much as in the big stores but still a lot here. The best bit about this store is that as well as a normal till it has the self service checkout too, and each time I have been there has been a big queue for the till and no one at the self serve. They all seem to nervous to use it, so I can just jump right in there and get it done fast, while people are still deciding to use it or not. Although if you buy booze or cigarettes you have to wait for the sales assistant to become free to accept it on your till, meaning sometimes you are waiting longer this way.
