It is on the outskirts of kirkcaldy and the park has ample car parking facilities. There are two cash machines outside. The store is open daily from 8am until 10pm, shutting at 8pm on Sundays. There is also a petrol station which is open 24 hours. The store is always immaculatly clean and the quality of the fresh produce is excellent, easily the best in town. I love their feed your family for a fiver cards that you can collect at the door. The ingredients are highlighted by a notice on the shelf. You can buy a binder to keep all the cards together for 49p. Even though the store can be a bit more expensive that other supermarkets you really do get what you pay for

The only negative is the location within Fife Retail Park, this corner of town, just off the A92 is one of the biggest bottle necks in Kirkcaldy, stay well clear around the rush hours.

Appalling customer service, Tesco staff shouting at me and not honouring your price labels when I presented my Clubcard. (see uploaded picture of the whisky and its label) Tesco customer service is going down the drain, better to shop somewhere else in order not to deal with your rude, unpleasant and ignorant staff.

Bread, vegetables, milk, salami, liquid soap, red wine, chicken, beef mince and chicken & pasta soup (those ones in a tin for 99p). What I don't buy? Beauty products, Slippers, workbenches, shoes, pans, spirits (I am little snob regarding these and unknown brands of Vodka, Rum,Whisky or Gin tend to irk me..) Especially the special themed week discounts is a great way to get the brands and produce from the continent that you usually don't get here in the UK. - I even bought Siberian Reindeer Steaks for Christmas last year! This is mostly used for lunch time shoppers that want a sandwich and cannot afford to wait too long in one of the surrounding bars, gastro pubs or sandwich shops. As you can expect the shop's prices are slightly more expensive then the bigger ones, but as this is the ONLY Sainsbury in corner that is overrun by Tesco it is a niche. So the food is fresh and the product selection is good , bordering to exclusive. Feeding the Advertising men & women, bankers, architects and the artists that are residing in this area. This particular Marks and Spencer is just for food, and is the perfect size. The aisles are wide enough for 2 or even 3 people to pass comfortably and everything is laid out clearly. Unlike most other Marks and Spencer's in Edinburgh, this one is never really too busy so it's a nice experience rather than a stressful one. If you ever need or fancy food shopping in Marks and Sparks, this is the one to come to.
