Instead, they barely finished our second floor and had none of our first floor done when we returned. On top of that, it took them an additional three days to finish the job. The final job included uneven floors, floors that creaked, and floors that were not evenly distributed. They clearly were in a hurry, with quality being a minor concern. They offered us $500 credit for a future job but their pricing for said future job was so outrageous it seemed a joke. Instead we went another direction. We used Empire for our addition 6 months later, and the quality difference is noticeable. The Empire floors are solid, even, and stable. The Molyneaux floors are uneven, inconsistently placed, and lacking quality for the price charged. Overall very disappointing.

Jason and his team renovated the whole basement by installing drywall, replacing the drop ceiling with a conventional ceiling and new lighting, and covering the entire floor with functional but attractive laminate. They went above and beyond to make sure we were involved in the design and satisfied with the results. In addition, they replaced our kitchen floor, which had some water damage, with beautiful ceramic tile to complement the existing quartz counters. This is the second major project Jason has done for us. He previously remodeled a bathroom for us, replacing all the fixtures and flooring, as well as installing a pocket door. Poorly installed with every floor being uneven. A single bag of self-leveler would've solved that problem and they refused to use it. We had to completely redo ALL of those rooms. Ryne stopped responding to emails and phone calls and we had to use our bank to get a refund. Powder room = unven flooring and poorly installed. Master bathroom = uneven flooring and couldn't even close the door (they wanted us to shave down a brand new door to account for their poor install). Laundry room = Incorrectly installed an LVT in a room that needed ceramic tile to pass inspection. Kitchen = Uneven flooring AND the tiles weren't properly glued down and were popping up within a month. AVOID RUSMUR!
