Unfortunately Fed Ex misprinted the Delivery address and by the time I was able to get that corrected I was informed that there was no guarantee that the package would be delivered on the day it was required and that it was at the Fed Ex delivery hub in Riverdale. Frantic, I began calling courier services who would be able to pickup the package at Fed Ex and deliver it to Hill AFB. Thank goodness I was able to stumble upon J & R in my google search!! Joanne arrange to pick up the package at Fed Ex and was able to contact the person who the package was addressed to and deliver it to them right outside of Hill. My day went from "FRANTIC" to "ABSOLUTELY, POSITIVELY SATISFIED"!! Thank you J & R, I recommend them to everyone and wish I could give more than 5 stars!!

Good results! I had to get a small package between a Salt Lake City business and a downtown SLC…read morehotel and had to do it by phone from 1000 miles away. The distance traveled was not far and the rate seemed a little expensive (but I must admit that I don't have a general idea about what these things typically cost), but they were competent and prompt in getting me to the agent who would deal with the transfer, handled the process by credit card, they moved the package very quickly and called me back to let me know when they made the delivery. So I'd say they did a very good job and I would use them again.

The lady that called to schedule couldn't tell me what…read moreitems they were delivering when I asked I have a lot of items coming (mostly wholesale) because we just moved so I assumed it was a wholesale items (which means they can't deliver inside). For this specific item that I ordered months ago, I paid $500 for white glove service which means they deliver it to the room and put it together and take trash. None of which happened. When the driver got here, thinking it was one of my many wholesale items because the lady that called the day before again couldn't give me info about the items or service....so I said the the driver "I know you can't come in so could you leave it right here" the driver was very nice but at that point should have said "you have white glove service on this order". He didn't and they left. Later we opened the box and saw it was the item I had paid $500 for white glove service so I called the driver (he had called me previously so I had his number) he said to call Nicole and gave me her number. On Monday I get an extremely rude call from Nicole saying I shouldn't have her personal cell phone and claimed she had told me what the items were... which she had NOT. Very rudely she said could maybe get someone out but it wasn't going be today. So in the meantime we have furniture we had to drag inside because of rain and is not filling up our mudroom. After all of that, turns out the item they delivered was broken (probably in shipping). I had originally said since I didn't want to wait months more for another item we could have someone come fix it but, after the awful customer service from Nicole, I am just returning the item, I don't want to deal with this company ever again.

Additionally, they were also very sensitive to the needs of the recipient. Anyhow, it was a bit of a race against the clock estimating when Greyhound would roll into the SLC terminal, but they sent a pic of the happy recipient. A meal, a drink, and a pack of smokes. Now, personally, I believe in generous tipping and I hope you all do as well if you find a business willing to help in urgent situations. (BTW, i briefly worked for a delivery service, and gotta let you know some businesses skim the credit card tips, so please hand your driver CASH whenever possible.)

Worst courier company! I ordered from Shoppers Drugmart and they used Pigeon Ship instead of Canada…read morePost to deliver my package. Pigeon Ship provided me with a tracking number that didn't work so I was not able to check the status of my order. They hardly ever answer the phone, when they do they tell you to just wait until 8pm. It's always the same person that answers the phone, it's like a one man show sort of company. Needless to say, they lied and didn't deliver my package. I had to cancel the order. I'm not sure what measures they take to make sure their drivers I use proper measures to sanitize since this company is like an Uber delivery service, they have drivers that volunteer if they want to work that day. Never use them unless you want headaches!
