I can't believe the bad ratings. I have been treated with upmost respect. My regular Dr is great, very caring and thorough. I have always preferred a female Dr. A few times if my regular Dr was unavailable I did see a male and felt very comfortable . Everyone there treats me in a professional and knowledgeable way. Beware, do not trust this practice if you're on any medication that requires you to take it consistently or medically wean off - this practice will not refill your prescription, even when you went IN to avoid any lapses. You can call, tell them the issue, perhaps even get them to label your call as an "emergency", but they will blow you off completely. No call. No urgency. No concern. It's like having no doctor at all. Sure, they'll have an excuse for it. Error, "pending" precautionary testing, abstract reasoning while creating a concrete medical issue, etc. The staff may even blame you for their failures, like you can't call in for quick results (no matter how many times you say you went in for the refill Checkup) but you will definitely face a completely avoidable problem getting your prescription filled. I do no suggest patients with longterm or lifelong health conditions using this office. You will make more stressful work for yourself, which is best case scenario! That's if you don't end up hospitalized from their negligence first. read more

If you need a refill from them you'd better start 3 weeks before you run out...not sure where the disconnect is but they sent the last refill to the new pharmacy and sent the ok this time to the old pharmacy. They did the exact same thing with my other prescription. Thank goodness I can follow up myself. Not everyone knows to do that. I used to work in a pharmacy. When your pharmacy faxes the doctor twice and the office tells you they never received any requests there's something wrong at the doctor's. They apparently don't update patient's pharmacy information so one has to wonder where else they may be dropping the ball?? And if the requests are coming from Walgreen's,why are the ok's going to Walmart? read more

Great place if you're not sick! Ive been forced into medication withdrawal due to a disconnect between clerical and doctor, 4 times. Both pointing their finger at the other. Waiting for script as I write this. CVS has it. Waiting for docs. DEA number, again! read more

It has been my experience that even though their doctors work in the same hospital, they do not communicate between each other, i also find that they are not well versed in writing prescriptions, i find the level of service to be substandard read more

I am lucky enough to have an incredible physician who unfortunately is affiliated with this horribly run medical cooperation. I go to the doctor every year for my physical and maybe once again for a minor ailment and every time I go I get billed for services my insurance covers. This year I did all my homework and still they screwed it up. I am convinced they are sending out fraudulent bills in the hope that people will just pay them, and I'm sure many people do. People do not put your trust in the hands of the administrators of this BUSINESS! They lack the professionalism of many of their medical professionals. I am fed up with with taking my valuable time tracking down and fixing their mistakes. I pay a lot of money for insurance that pays them a lot of money. DO YOUR JOB! read more

I've been seeing my doctor Rebecca here for about a year I came in with some severe stomach problems and some depression my doctor recommended me to a therapist for depression which is fine but the problem is I was having pain in my stomach and was back and forth to the er I was consistently telling her what was wrong she told me I was over thinking and I was making up my own pain. I called in one day in tears from the pain I apparently was making up and the receptionist also told me that she was told to say I was overthinking it. Well turns out that stomach pain was from a allergic reaction to the BC pills I was taking and found out on my own. I also have horrible monthly pains because I have endometriosis I was told that they couldn't prove or help with that unless I have the lyposcopic surgery which btw is a surgery that is supposed to get rid of the scaring from endometriosis.I have given up trying to make things work with them and have not heard one word from them since my last appointment. All I have been trying to do is get a letter of proof from the amount of pain I'm in each month so I can bring it to work to get accommodations. Seems like no matter what I try these people find a way to make you feel like your lying or that nothings wrong :) read more
